Hi Guys,

Finally we found out a solution for Header images. We will update the theme today, when you receive a notification please update it. Then navigate to Customize > Header Image, Slider & Video and switch Render Type to HTML Image. That’s it.

Hi, Nick is here from DEV support, In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details (username and password).
