I upgraded to Pro to have more scope with the Header, but it isn’t even responsive. How can I fix that?
I’ve tried Elementor and all I get is “preveiw cannot be displayed” and my new blocks will not show up.
Themes ought to be completely responsive these days without jumping through hoops.
Tempted to get a charge back on the Pro price if this does not work.Duncan

The site is:-
The theme is supposed to be fully responsive, but the Header image is not.
It looks like the responsive coding is not applied to the Header.
I could not work out your attachment system, but look at the site on tablet or mobile and you will see the problem.Duncan

May 2, 2024 at 6:20 pm #75476Hello
I have this exact same problem with the header image on my website. I searched the forms before starting a thread and this popped up.
I followed the instructions on your post above but there is no “<span style=”background-color: #fbfbfb;”><span style=”color: #4f4f4f; font-family: Poppins, Helvetica, Arial, Verdana, sans-serif;”><span style=”caret-color: #4f4f4f; font-size: 14px;”>switch Render Type to HTML Image” option for me to select. I am using Bard Pro and have no update requirements showing for the theme.</span></span></span>
Thanks in advance.
Vicky
