Sorry for taking so long but the shared login URL does not allow us to access your website dashboard, may be the easy way will be to create a new user and share login details, for that please navigate to Dashboard > Users add new create a new user with admin rights and share login details such as login URL/username/password.

Weird, we checked your website and almost all blog posts of them have the option to attach featured images, please check the screenshot taken on your website: https://nimb.ws/T9fz6G
These kinds of issues in most cases are related to the 3rd party plugins installed on the website.
1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will be able to catch which one was the source for the issue.
2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE

Weird case, we did nothing actually, we just checked the option and it appears in its place, please take a look at this moment we took a screenshot of a different post, we cant share screenshots of all your posts to make sure that the options are working: https://nimb.ws/xUcGEM
Something happens on your end, maybe some cached data occurs on your end, or maybe it can be related ot the device you are using.
We checked the issue on several web browsers and also on several devices, same we are able to open the featured image section.
