Hi,
Recently the theme has stopped rendering correctly when I’m logged into my WordPress account (and so have the WordPress toolbar at the top of the site). If using a pre-loader, the pre-loader never stops, without a pre-loader the elements that should scroll with content like the parallax effect on the header and the sidebar elements do not show up or scroll properly.
As soon as I log out of WordPress the theme displays correctly.
Any clues?
April 10, 2026 at 12:03 am #77773Hi Robert,
At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
To provide you with the most accurate assistance, could you please describe the issue you’re facing in more detail? Additionally, sharing a direct link to the page where the problem appears would be immensely helpful. If possible, providing screenshots of the issue will give us a clearer understanding and allow for more targeted support.
Once we have this information, we’ll be better equipped to identify the issue and provide a solution.
Kind Regards
April 11, 2026 at 12:40 pm #77777I can’t see my reply on here, this is a test….
April 11, 2026 at 12:51 pm #77778Ok, the test worked, maybe it was links or something in other reply that broke it. I’ll try again.
Here is an image of the issue. When logged into WordPress, the site does not show the banner image and the sidebar items on the right scroll with the page rather then staying on screen as the content scrolls.
Here is the site when not logged in. In this case, everything displays correctly and behaves as expected.
If I choose to have a pre-load animation set, things are worse when logged in because the pre-load animation never vanishes.
April 14, 2026 at 4:04 pm #77779Hi Robert,
1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins. Please deactivate them one by one, and you will be able to catch which one was the source of the issue.
2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install a 3rd-party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site. Here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE
3. If the instructions above won’t help, to assist, we need to check your website from the back end. Please install this 3rd party plugin, “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin”, which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

Kind RegardsApril 15, 2026 at 11:23 am #77780Hi Vako,
I looked at the plugins and there was a pending update to the Jetpack Protect plugin, which I applied and that fixed the issue. Looks like that was the culprit. thanks for guiding me to look at the plugins.
Super support, as ever.
April 16, 2026 at 2:21 am #77783Hi Robert,
That’s great to hear — glad you were able to track it down!
Plugin updates (especially security-related ones like Jetpack Protect) can sometimes cause unexpected behavior, so it’s always a good place to check.
Also, thank you for your kind words — we really appreciate you calling our support “super.” It means a lot to us.
If anything else comes up, feel free to reach out anytime.
Kind regards
