I am trying to update to the latest version of Ashe Pro, and every time I try I get the following message.
Updating Theme Ashe Pro (1/1)
An error occurred while updating Ashe Pro: Download failed. Forbidden
Disabling Maintenance mode…
All updates have been completed.
any suggestions please. thanks

In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

I have just syncronize again the license in the account detail of the theme, and I tried the update, now without any problem 🙂
