    Hi,

    When I go to appearance and then customize the pop up window only shows the name of my website. There is nothing there to edit. I don’t see my website preview nor do I see the options on the left to edit. I have tried clearing the cache and opening in Safari and Chrome.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hi Alisha,

     

    TO use theme customizer options you need to navigate your website Dashboard > Appearance > Customize, maybe some issues appear on the Bluehost side, please contact their support and ask them for assistance.
