Guess what? I figured it out. Ha! There was small “activate” link at the bottom of the screen. I’m sorry I didn’t understand this, but I’m very new to all of this and e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g is difficult for me. So, I may just leave this up for others who are new too. But, it was definitely my fault, not Ashe Pros. Just wanted to clear that up.
