I was able to successfully download Ashe Pro, but I can not enter my activation code. It is beyond frustrating. I have contacted customer service and I am getting form e-mails about how to download the product. Has anyone else had this issue and figured it out? I just need to be able to enter my product key, but I can not click on the link-it is disabled on the main page. If I go to other pages, it will let me click on the “Acivate Now” link, but it takes me to a “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” I have wasted so much time with this and don’t know how to fix this issue.

Guess what? I figured it out. Ha! There was small “activate” link at the bottom of the screen. I’m sorry I didn’t understand this, but I’m very new to all of this and e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g is difficult for me. So, I may just leave this up for others who are new too. But, it was definitely my fault, not Ashe Pros. Just wanted to clear that up.
