Hello,

For some reason, Yoast SEO field on product pages in Woocommerce is no longer working. This is how it looks like:

This means I can do absolutely nothing to update product description as it appears in the SEO search. If I use an older product template for a new product, the older product description shows up in the description instead, which is completely wrong. I cannot open let alone edit any of the SEO, Readability, Schema ooh Social tabs.

I’ve been in touch with both Woocommerce and YOAST SEO, and they advised to check if there’s some incompatibility with the theme I’m using. I’ve already tried deactivating the plug-in with no change in the results.

Weird case, seems that for some reason URL is damaged, we can try the alternative way.

Please create a new user for us on your website and share login details such as login URL/username/password

Actually, you can use any email to create new users, we just need a login username that can be anything its not mandatory to use an email.

We even created a new test product from scratch and it appears under the product edit page, all the options that the Yoast plugin can provide.
