This is the worst Plugin I ever purchased.

The Demo Import is not working- Initially I thought it was the host/server, then I changed the host/server to another yet the same.
    jvmorris.biz/arianadiaries

The demo and entire layout, look and feel are different when you buy and install. It is a waste of my time and money despite sending an initial message for support, its over 48hrs, yet no response.

    Hi

I installed the ASHE PRO on – arianadiaries.com/new, unfortunately I am not able to see the exact content as in the demo, even after installing Demo Content.

I have tried to install on another host and its still the same.

Here is the URL for the third party wp-admin without password- http://arianadiaries.com/new/wp-admin/?wtlwp_token=94bb26b22aaea5d42b026891cc5c749efd78afc4aa751013cb086817984ab8f8c8994aab65fc360a9ab2f7c6230dc0111d14a6299dddfd1ea7359da3e2116391

If you are able to fix it do let me know what was done to enable me replicate the solution where necessary but if you are not able to make it work, kindly advise how to call for a refund for Ashe Pro.

Thank you and hoping for the good news.

    Hi Murphy,

Thank you for sharing the temporary login URL.

We checked your website from the backend and can confirm that the demo import was mostly completed successfully. The post/page settings and widgets appear to be imported correctly.

The main missing parts are the **menu items** and **images**. This is usually related to hosting/server restrictions during the demo import process. We also noticed a PHP update warning in your dashboard.

In most cases, when demo images are missing after importing XML demo content, it means the hosting server rejected or blocked the image import request.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the following:

    * PHP version should be updated

    * Server should allow remote image imports

    * allow_url_fopen should be enabled

    * Memory limit and max execution time should be increased

    * Server firewall/security rules should not block XML/import requests

After these hosting settings are corrected, you can reset the demo content and run the import again.

    Kind Regards

    Hello there,

Thank you for your response, unfortunately it did not solve the problem.

So here are what I just did.

    1. I re-installed the licence on another host to remove limitations.
    2. PHP Version updated to 8.3
    3. allow_url_fopen_ is checked and allowed.
    4. Memory limit and max execution increased.
    5. No firewall block.

After all of this, i launched the new site path – jvmorris.biz/arianadiaries and the problem was still same- After demo content import, the images are missing and so on, essentially the site is not as the demo.

I have also installed the, Temporary Login Without Password, here is the link-

Hoping to hear the good news.

    Hello

I contacted my host provider and they checked to confirm that a required plugin has not been installed, its called Ashe Extra.

We manaually downloaded it and Demo Import was seamless and worked succesfully.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

We’re glad to hear that the issue has been identified and resolved successfully.

Yes, the “Ashe Extra” plugin is required for the demo import process, as it contains additional functionality and demo-related components used by the theme. Without it, the demo import may appear incomplete or fail to import certain elements correctly.

We’re happy to hear that after manually installing the plugin, the demo import worked seamlessly.

If you need any further assistance with customization or setup, feel free to contact us anytime.

    Kind Regards
