Hi there,

I wanted to update the info in my “Ashe:author” widget but the new text wouldn’t save/show. Then, I tried deleting the widget and adding it again with the new info – it doesn’t appear on the site. I tried adding it with the “Customize” option, as well as from “Dashboard / Appearance / Widgets “. I click on Publish/ Update and it saves, then never shows on the site. When I come back to the Widgets panel, it’s not there, like it’s never been added and saved.

Secondly, I can’t get my Instagram feed showing, either. I’ve connected my Instagram account but an error message “No feed found” keeps showing.

Hi again! Still no answer to my issue? My widgets are not appearing. I’m adding them and they are not appearing. I used to have the Author widget and when I wanted to update it, it wouldn’t update. Then, I deleted it and tried to add it again – it never shows.

Also, the Instagram widget is not working. It keeps saying No feed found, although I’ve connected my Instagram account.

Can I get any help?
