Hello, I need some help trying to figure out what to do to make the website video header play on mobile devices. On some mobile devices the video shows a static image, on others it shows a play button but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried multiple file types/codecs on the video but nothing is working on mobile. This affects both iPhone and Android.

Weird, we had several cases but in all case the reason for the issues was mobile phones itself and mobile browsers.

In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
