Hi,
1. A box is showing up on the menu where the Site Name would be if I had it filled in ow can I remove that? I would put the site name in but it’s in the header it seems odd to put it on the menu directly under it.
2. The video is not playing in the header on mobile (appears to be an issue with iphones so far)
3. The drop caps on this page appear as none bolds on the mobile site
4. The site speed is very slow … is it the video? I compressed it. I am also using smush to compress images what else can I do to fix site speed?
December 15, 2020 at 12:05 pm #57544Hi Kristina,
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

1. Unfortunately it’s not possible to locate text logo on the other part of the website, only the header section, but you can use the mini logo for the main menu navigation.
2. Weird, we checked and all works fine, I will redirect this topic to the developer’s board and they will contact you.
3. Drop cups are disabled for mobile screens for better designs.
4. Actually the first step is to choose the right server/hosting but as we are already late for it, please check this related topic: https://www.bluehost.com/special/wordpress?utm_source=google&utm_medium=genericsearch&gclsrc=aw.ds&&gclid=Cj0KCQiAw_H-BRD-ARIsALQE_2P5KW4aHfJdbdikS3s9phjFEDAsactyLColrf6XQdGF3nn3Ylxvu0waAocgEALw_wcB&utm_campaign=affiliate-link_searchgenericpromo_PPC

How do I make sure it doesn’t appear over my video on the header? 2. Weird, we checked and all works fine, I will redirect this topic to the developer’s board and they will contact you. Definitely still happening to 3 of m partners in 3 different states on 3 different phones.
3. Drop cups are disabled for mobile screens for better designs.– That’s fine but when it changes from drop cap how do I get it to leave the first letter bold it is unbolding the first letter on mobile too. 4.Only lead me to purchase a plan no information please send a new link? Do you feel like it’s a hosting issue? What host do you prefer?
December 23, 2020 at 6:49 pm #57708Hi Kristiana,
1. Main menu navigation can locate mini logo only, it will appear near the alt sidebar button. We can create CSS snippet especially for your and float logo to the left side.
2. I will redirect this topic to the developer’s board and they will contact you.
3. Unfortunately it’s not possible with the theme options.
4. Hosting should have located their servers in the area where you are living, in this case, it will give you best results, in another way you need server expert who will config your site.
Kind Regards

Any feedback on this?January 5, 2021 at 12:06 pm #57819Hi Kristiana,
At first sorry for the late reply, we were on our Christmas holidays.
The issue related to the header slider display on the mobile phones, we found out that some of the mobile devices have an issue to display MP4 format in the browser windows so it’s not a theme related issue.
Kind Regards
January 10, 2021 at 9:29 am #57862That would make sense if it was 1 person but it’s 3 people with 3 different phones so I am afraid may be a theme issue can you try to think of another reason this could be happening?
January 11, 2021 at 11:55 am #57873Hi Kristiana,
I will redirect this topic to the developer’s board and they will take a second look at the issue.
Kind Regards

January 22, 2021 at 10:29 am #58340Please elaborate what would be best and what is the file name I am seeking. I looked this up for a while only to find tons of forums with dead ends. Please advise. Or at least let me know how to get that ugly play button off the wong and have it just look like an image but play a video on andriod and desktops.
January 23, 2021 at 11:03 am #58347Hi again,
Please check this image
You need to upload both mp4 and Ogg video formats in order to play them in most browsers.
Kind Regards,
Nick
January 26, 2021 at 6:54 pm #58384I know I tried that each time this is the error message I receive when I upload an ogg file:
<span class=”upload-error-filename” style=”box-sizing: content-box; font-weight: 600; color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;”>homepage-dog-white-1 (1).ogg</span><span class=”upload-error-message” style=”box-sizing: content-box; display: block; padding-top: 8px; overflow-wrap: break-word; white-space: pre-wrap; color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;”>Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.</span>
Any fixes for that?
