    Dear Theme Development Team,

I am writing to request some specific changes and customization for my website’s theme.

    1. Zoom Feature for Mobile Devices:

    – Currently, when I attempt to zoom in on my website using mobile devices, the zoom functionality does not work as expected. I would like to add a zoom-in feature specifically for mobile views, similar to how it functions on other websites. Please advise on how we can enable this functionality.

    2. Header Font Size Customization:

    – While there is an option in the theme customizer to adjust font sizes, it affects all text elements uniformly. However, I require a reduction in font size specifically for post titles. The font sizes in the sidebars and footer headers are satisfactory and should remain unchanged. Please guide me on how to customize this.

    – To clarify the font size adjustment for post titles, I would like to reduce it to 20px from the current 33 pixels. Your assistance in making this change would be highly appreciated.

    3. Single Post Page URL:**

Right now, the web addresses (URLs) for individual posts are different from the URLs for category pages. I want to make them look the same for posts, like the category pages, but with the post’s name at the end. Can you please help me figure out how to do this?

Your prompt attention to these requests is crucial to improving the functionality and appearance of my website.

    Hi,

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the lack of support I have received over the past week regarding my query.

I understand that developers may have busy schedules, but it’s crucial for me to have a resolution to my issue as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance from your end during this time, which has left me quite disheartened.

I am willing to take matters into my own hands to resolve the problem. If you are unable to address my query promptly, please consider either:

    1. Provide me with the necessary code to fix the issue, which I can add to the additional CSS.

    OR

    2. Let me know the steps to resolve the problem, and I will implement them myself.

    Hello again,

    Sorry for this late response.

    1. Zoom feature isn’t recommended by google best practices.
    2. We can offer custom css for post titles if it’s ok for you, please link the page and we’ll apply css and send it to you.
    3. You can modify permalink structure like in the screenshot below:

If this doesn’t help please provide example of url difference and we’ll doublecheck it.

    Kind regards,
    George

    Hi,

First of all thanks for the response. I really feel good to get a response from your side.

I’ve seen that many top-ranking websites have a zoom-in feature for mobile and tablet users. I want to add this feature to my website, but only for mobile and tablet users. This is a need for my website.

For the Header Font Size Customization for pages, collection. I have already added an additional CSS so for pages I don’t need it.

The primary challenge I’m encountering relates to responsiveness. The customizations I make are currently only applying to the desktop view, but I’m eager to ensure they also work effectively on the mobile view.

There are some issues if you will help me with it I will grateful for this.

    1. I’ve placed a category widget in the footer, and it’s currently set to display exclusively on the homepage; it doesn’t appear on other pages. I wanted to add a widget on all pages in both mobile and desktop views.

    2. I modified the font size of titles on collection pages, and while the change is visible on the desktop view, it doesn’t apply to the mobile view. I want a change in mobile size as well.

    3. I’m wondering if it’s possible to add a search icon alongside the menu sign only for the mobile view.

    4. I’ve included a ‘Read More’ button along with the text for slider 2 in the Featured-slider, but it doesn’t seem to appear in the mobile view. Can you please investigate this?

In the last screenshot, you have added not opening. Please reshare the image so I will be able to look in to this.

Your prompt attention to these requests is crucial to improving the functionality and appearance of my website.

    Hi,

    1. It is hard to help you like that, our theme itself does not change any sidebar visibility code, so please google how to show widgets on other pages and I am sure you will find the solution.

    2. We can’t help you here as well because you have changed the code.

    3. Nope it’s not possible

    4. Please share the page url and I will check.

    Kind Regards,
    Nick
