The weird, theme is fully compatible with the Elementor plugin, we regularly test our themes with the recommended plugin compatibility. Maybe Elmentor has a conflict with other plugins.

Hi Alex,

 

We tested a similar case on our test servers and cant reproduce the issue.

1. As we see you are using 48rd party plugins on your website, from those 48 you 2-page builder WP Bakery and Elementor page builder, do you actually need to have those amount of plugins and especially 2 huge page builders? They can have a conflict with each other and that can be the reason for the issue.

2. To dive into the issue, we need to test several things on your website, such as plugins deactivation and also theme changing, to not affect the original website, please create a new user with admin rights and share login details, login URL/username/password. We will create a staging environment on your website and changes will not be played to your original site.

You check the same case, please navigate to Dashboard > Wp Staging > Open staging site created: https://nimb.ws/EqgouJ and check for the issue.

Did you by any chance check which plugin causes the problem? Is it really the Bakery-Elementor conflict?

SOrry but not, we just disabled all of them, we left the staging site active on the website so you can test the rest, disable the plugins one by one and you will be able to catch which one is the reason for the issue.

I believe that’s exactly what I did over 2 weeks ago and came back to you saying that the slider started working after disabling Elementor…
Guess I’ll just try to get rid of WPBakery then.

Hi,

Just to let you know.
I checked all the plugins. The slider works after disabling Elementor only. I deactivated all other plugins, left only Elementor and Staging. I tried changing all Elementor settings. The slider never shows when Elementor is active regardless of the settings. The other plugins don’t seem to interfere.

Weird case, we tested several times and all options are working properly, we use mentioned plugin for our new product and everything works.

Please share gain your website login URL and I will redirect this topic to the dev team, they will check the case again.
