I have two problems I hope someone can help with ASAP 🙂
First:
I can´t get the slider to show on the frontpage ONLY, if I choose this option (Front), if I choose “Front and post pages” it appears, but I only want it in the frontpage, not the post-pages – what can be the problem?
Second: If I want the source to be “Custom” – that I choose the the post in the slider, everything shows – except the images – i HAVE checked that the posts have an image attatched everywhere I can check.
August 15, 2019 at 5:21 pm #37221Hi again – I can´t seem to attach the photos under “Costum” – everytime I open “Slider Item” and select “Upload image”, it´s like the photo from the previous slide is selected?

The reason for the issue can be your server/hosting provider, it’s not even possible to load your website, it’s extremely slow, please contact your server/hosting provider and ask them to config your website to this min requirements:\
max_execution_time 180
memory_limit 256M
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 64M
max_input_time 60
Kind Regards

1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will be able to catch which one was the source for the issue.
2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE
3. If the instructions above cant help, please let us know, I will redirect this topic to the developer’s team and they will take a second look at the issue.

February 4, 2022 at 10:47 am #67860Hi Vako,
thanks a lot for recommending the staging plugin 🙂
It looks like the plugin causing this problem is Elementor… which is very worrying. As I understood from the theme description, they should work well together. Could you please check it?
Thank you once again,
Alex
