Hi there,
These are two different posts using the same ‘standard’ template. The only thing I have changed is using a child theme and added:
// Pattern Button
if(get_field(‘pattern_url’)) { echo ‘<div class=”read-more”> Pattern‘; }
I understand basic coding but this has got me stumped (knowing my luck it’s an easy fix!)
Any idea what is causing this?
Thank you
March 29, 2024 at 10:37 pm #75402Hi Karima,
At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
To provide you with the most accurate assistance, could you please describe the issue you’re facing in more detail? Additionally, sharing a direct link to the page where the problem appears would be immensely helpful. If possible, providing screenshots of the issue will give us a clearer understanding and allow for more targeted support.
Once we have this information, we’ll be better equipped to identify the issue and provide a solution.
Kind Regards
March 29, 2024 at 11:01 pm #75403Hiya,
I have supplied links to 2 pages on my previous post. The mushroom page has the sidebar on the right as it should be, however the bag page has the sidebar fallen into the footer.
Thank you

Sorry for the late reply we have been on holidays
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

We checked your shared website and unfortunately, we can’t reproduce the issue you mentioned on our end.
1. Here is the screenshot that shows how the blog page looks on our end: https://prnt.sc/rLFoT-jyhN-s
2. Pages you shared in this thread: https://prnt.sc/9NTFRU_MM7Bb can be found on your website anymore: https://prnt.sc/HnxXlFztg6Y2
Please let us know if we are missing any part of the issue, we also checked single post pages as well: https://prnt.sc/gXoeyYDmhTYG

April 4, 2024 at 12:24 am #75412Apologies, I changed the permalinks at some point without thinking.
https://prnt.sc/pw5sprqPOASG – missing side bar
https://prnt.sc/qTBkYclMZW0A – where it is in the footer
It is only doing it on some (seemingly) random posts and not all of them.
April 5, 2024 at 12:21 am #75414Hi Karima,
1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will able to catch which one was the source for the issue.
2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database, and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE
3. If the instructions above won’t help, please let us know and we will take a look again.
Kind Regards
