I am really annoyed because the theme is really mega, have completed purchase but got nothing, not even in spam ortner. Only the confirmation email that I bought it.
2-3 days ago I had already sent a question directly to the team, the problem is that no one answers.

Sorry for the late reply we were off for a while and thank you for upgrading to pro.

Please login here after purchase https://users.freemius.com/login and you will be able to download the theme’s latest version, manage your profile, purchase, license key and etc.

For the entrance use the email address you used during the purchase, a password you can recover with the same email address.
