I have a page that was password protected. We set it to Public but it still displays the log-in panel. Visitors can log-in without entering a password but we cannot seem to remove the panel.
Inspecting the page reveals:
<article id=”page-2″ class=”post-2 page type-page status-publish post-password-required hentry”>
Even though the page is set to Public.

Hope you can help.

Hi Ali,
At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

Problem solved! I tried everything at the WP end but nothing worked. In the end, loggin into the Site Ground hosting account and clearing the Dynamic Cache solved the problem. Note that I had a plugin to clear the cache and it made no difference.
Hi Ali,
At first, sorry for the late reply, we had holidays.
We are glad that you were able to found out the solution by yourself.
Kind Regards
