I want to add the ashe pro theme to my second website, but  wordpress only shows me the option to buy ashe pro again. I know my license key but i can’t find where to put it for my second website

1. If you purchased the Regular License you can use the theme Pro Features(All pro features with free predefined styles) only on 1 website(domain) you will be able to create unlimited pages and posts.

2. With the extended license, you can use the theme on unlimited websites(domains)

3. If you own Extended license and still can’t activate it, In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

Actually, on the website you shared was active only free version of the theme, please upload/install Pro version and try to activate the license key you received after purchase.

Dear Vako, We know. We bought ashe pro for our other website : http://www.ellerspeople.nl

Now we want to add the theme for this new website because we bought the theme for unlimited websites. But as you saw we can only buy it. However we already have bought it for unlimited websites.

So we don’t know how to get the theme on this new website

Would love your help with this, because we have a deadline set…

Please share email address you used during the purchase and we will check for the license validation.

If the license key will be valid, we need to access your website Dashboard to check for the activation issue.

In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

As we explained before, we need your email address whcih you used during the purchase and the login URL for the website where you have an issue with the license activation, we will try to activate it by ourself.
