Hi,

I have purchased the Template Ashe Pro on 03/04/2021 with my email address

At this moment I have activated the Template to my old website: http://www.lotherion.me, but this domain has desactived now. I have purchased a new domain http://www.lotherion.fr and I want to use the Template on my new website.

I have entered the license key but it doesn’t work: « This license is already in use can only be activated on a single site. If you are trying to move a license from another site, open the Account page under the plugin settings in the admin dashboard, click on deactivate license first, and then try again. »

What can I do to make it work? I no longer have access to the old site?

Please login here after purchase https://users.freemius.com/login and you will be able to download theme’s latest version, manage your profile, purchase, license key and etc.

For the entrance use the email address you used during the purchase, password you can recover with the same email address.
