.Hi Vako,
About 15 days i ve issues updating to the new version of Ashe Pro, also there are now details presented when i want to see the changes (403 Forbidden – nginx).
My WordPress version is 6.3.1
I think the problem started with the version of WP 6.3.1.
I hope you can help solve the problem quickly.

We need a login URL to access your website and check why you have mentioned the issue, we asking BCS in other cases theme update works we checked several times, seems that something happens on your edn.
Please share requested login URL and we will investigate issue as soon as possible.

Sorry for taking a while, we are in the process of the investigation.
We had to redirect this topic to our tech department and here is the response we received from them:
“I navigated to the themes page of the site and then clicked on the update link and then the 504 gateway timeout message was triggered indeed. I wasn’t able to access the site’s admin area anymore though after:
Could you please check with the customer so the maintenance mode can be turned off? The maintenance mode can be turned off usually by just deleting the .maintenance file that is located in the WordPress site’s root folder.
With regard to the update issue, it appears that something on the user’s server is blocking the connection to our server during the update, so it failed. To investigate this further, please also ask them for temporary FTP access so we can investigate the actual API response.”
Please provide your website FTP info to prevent the login page from dissipating, we need the Host/Username/Password and port number.
