Hi there,

I’m trying to Install Ashe Pro and am getting an error message that Elementor can’t be installed as the destination directory already exists.

The theme still runs, so I was wondering if Elementor is essential and if so do you have any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?

At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

You can use theme without installing the Elementor page builder, if you want to use mentioned page builder anyway.

In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
