Hi,
some time ago we figured out that my pictures in “you might also like” started showing cropped narrower than before when I bought the Ashe Pro.
I was told here to check with the developer, but no one has contacted me and I can’t find a post here.
How do I return images to my original size?
Thank you for the quick solution
Linda

February 28, 2022 at 2:05 pm #68153Hi Vako,
ok, thank you for the info. But I see that the images have changed and I have a new AJAX Thumbnail Rebuild plugin in WordPress. Did you install it? Please don’t want a solution that slows down the web.
Thank you
Linda

Yes, to rebuild images you need to use 3rd party plugin if you prefer please use a different plugin.

March 1, 2022 at 3:50 pm #68174Hi Vako,
thanks for the reply but i don’t understand now. If I need a plugin, why did you pass it on to the developer? Will it change in the basic version? It should be because when I bought the template, the pictures were the right size and I read here that more people have the same problem.
Will it be fixed so that no plugin is needed?
Thank you
Linda
March 2, 2022 at 11:32 am #68183Hi Linda,
We rechecked the information about image rebuild, that’s why we send it to the developer’s team.
And they reported that the only way to change image size in the Related section is to rebuild the images.
As we see the login URL you shared has expired or been removed, please share again and we will continue working on the issue.
Kind Regards
