Hi,

My webiste is just not responding online on mobile or ipad,

 

It was working fine before, but the featured slider is dropped on desktop too.

Menu not responsive and no featured links or slider.

I am aplying for a job that needs the site working, It was fine yesterday.

Only thing working is the links in the footer

Hi Rebecca,

 

1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will able to catch the which one was the source for the issue.

2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE

Hi,

 

I haven’t added any plugins so I don’t feel this is what it is.

 

There is only 3 activated right now and thats interactive draw, blue host and another and i really dont want to deactivate these as I feel this isnt the problem.
