My English is not very good. I need Chinese or Japanese. How to set the interface language?
Hi Bai,
At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
The free theme is translated with the WordPress polyglots in 60 different languages, the Ashe pro has 3x more strings than free so it’s not possible to translate the theme in all requested languages, so we are using 3rd party plugin to translate necessary strings.
To translate theme untranslated strings, please try to use 3rd party plugin Loco Translate for it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7LtyVjw46r8
Kind Regards
I tried to use loco translate.
But no matter which language I click, this sentence will be displayed.
Error: Translation set not known in Ashe Pro
Hi Bai,
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

Hi Bai,
We were able to make translations, seems that you are doing something wrong or missing some settings.
Kind Regards
I don’t want to create a new translation myself.
If I want to use an existing file. Which folder should I put them in.
Let me overwrite the default English file.
How should I name the file.(.mo and .po)
Hi Bai,
Files must exist to edit it, as we told you above Pro version is not translated to any different language, the only way is to translate strings manually, ant steps we already provided.
Kind Regards
