Help!!! My website doesnt work anymore. It keeps loading but nothing happens. I allready updated everyting, clear the cache.

Sometimes it will load and than it doesnt work anymore. I disapbled the preloader and now it looks like everything worked again. but I don’t trust it :’) Maybe someone can take a look?

Hi Marte,

 

1. Free advice: remove themes and plugins you are not using delete them, same with images.

2. As we see at this moment your website has no issue, the preloaded issue can be related to the 3rd source, seems that something interrupts page load, it needs special investigation which is beyond the scope of our support. On the clear site, we checked and the preloader works without any issue.
