Is there any way to have Ashe Pro switch its theme According to whether the user’s OS is set to dark or light mode? Ideally the user could still override this with the toggle.

Actually, it’s possible but this kind of support is beyond the scope of our support, please try to get the result using any related 3rd party plugins or hire a developer who will create custom codes for you.
