Hey,

I installed a new version of wordpress, downloaded the hash plugin, entered the license, but when I choose a template other than the free template, nothing happens. I receive a confirmation message, for example, that the active template is Hash Blog, but the site continues to be displayed with the free template. I removed the template, installed it again, nothing helps)):

I am attaching a photo that the template is active.. and yet the site continues to appear in the free version

Since the template worked properly for me on 3 sites until recently, and stopped working only after I moved to a new storage server,

Could it be related to the PHP update?

The PHP on the current server is not up to date (version 7.3.3), could this be the problem?

Hi, Yes it might be php-related issues, I can assure you that theme works fine without any issues, Just tested it.

By the way what do you mean here “downloaded the hash plugin” – what is Hash?
