Hello,

When enabling the Pro theme I cannot activae it (I uploaded the theme via http://FTP. ). I get a message saying there is no connection to the APIs. There is an option to retry but nothing happens when I try. Manual activation also does not show anything. Happy to give you access to have a look and activate – https://vanyainwonderworld.com/

Please contact your server/hosting provider & ask them to whitelist api.freemius.com and wp.freemius.com its should fix the issue, please let us know the results.

Hello, just bought the pro version, downloaded the zip file, want to upload it on wordpress, but after doing the few clicks wordpress tells me: the link is to old.

?
Why. I purchased it 2 hours ago, downloaded it right away and try to upload the theme right after the download.

To install it on wordpress is pretty easy. I don’t think I anm doing something wrong. Please tell me the solution. Thank, gabriela
