With my Bard Pro theme I have a bad traduction in french for all around comments.
If I switch to twenty twenty theme, the traduction is good.
So, I conclude that it was a problem with the theme.
I think it appeared since the last update of Bard (I’ve bought Bard Pro today).
And I uses a Child Theme, but I don’t think that is a problem.

To translate theme untranslated strings please use the plugin Loco Translate, please follow the video guide below to better understand how to use this plugin.
1. Please sahre the string and their translations on your language.
2. In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
Seems that the login URL has expired, but to finish work we need that you added a new user with administrator permissions to your website because with the login URL we are unable to change the language to English to make translations.
Please add a new user with administrator permissions and share the login details, login URL/username/password as soon as we finish our work, you easily delete created user.
Please make sure to mark your reply as private to hide it from the public.
The link you shared doesn’t work, please navigate to Dashboard > Users > Add New and create a user with admin permission for us and share login details for the created user.
To make translations we need to temporarily change WordPress language to English but we are unable as the language settings are configured via users account, so because of it we asked several times to create new user, register in your wp database, so it means, please navigate to Dashboard > Users > Add new and create user for us with admin permission and share login details login URL/username/password
