Dear Ashe Pro Team,
I would like to know, if it is possible to load Google Fonts from my own server instead of using the Google Server. Where does the code have to be placed or changed?
Thank you very much for your answer and help.
Best wishes,
Uta
Hi Uta,
I solved it on my website with the plugin OMGF | Optimize My Google Fonts – the free version. It loads all used Google Fonts to your webspace. You don`t have to go via FTP. I checked it afterwards with Firefox Inspector (go there to the network analysis) and there were no Google Fonts loaded anymore. So the plugin works very well.
Before I set in the Customer (Section Additional CSS at the end) my favorite fonts e.g. for text.
Like this: p { font-family: “Segoe UI”, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, “Helvetica Neue”, sans-serif; }
Some of them are Google Fonts, I don`t know which of them at the moment.
Greetings
Oliver
