Once I go into admin on WordPress and try to customize theme I just get a completely blank screen once I deactivate the theme or switch the theme I’m able to have full access to customize and access to my storefront. My site is visible I just can’t access anything through admin. http://www.twotimingmom.com

Hi Angelica,

 

1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will be able to catch which one was the source for the issue.

2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE

Please let us know the results of testing, as we are logged in to your website via a safe login URL we are unable to create a staging site and make any testings.
