Update:
The issue was caused by a page speed optimizer plug in.

Hi Vako

From the dashboard preview I can see the header properly, but I can’t see it on the actual site. Even if I turn off the under construction mode.

Hi,

Since the last update we have a similar issue with our header, except it’s only show a blank white space whatever I do. Could you help please?
