My website title has a broken image picture on the top left corner (the title does show but it has a small image in the corner) and does not appear on mobile phones. How do I fix this?
Thanks!

From the dashboard preview I can see the header properly, but I can’t see it on the actual site. Even if I turn off the under construction mode.

October 28, 2019 at 12:40 pm #38749Hi Miki,
Our developers debugged your website and found several unexpected database issues and javascript errors, the reason for the issue can be your installed 3 party plugins.
1. This kind of issues mostly are caused by the 3rd party plugins, to exclude their fault, please disable them all one by one and you will be able to catch the reason for the issue.
2. Don’t activate the cache plugins until you are working on the plugins.
3. We tried to install Staging plugin on your webiste, to clone your database and all the website content and test on our end and was not able to activate it as the notice was not supported, please contact your server/hosting provider and ask them to allow the installation of this plugin on your website.
Waiting for your response.
Kind Regards

I have a follow-up question – I still see a broken image at the bottom of the page. Do you know what could be causing this?
