Thanks Alice! Yes I am going to write to smash balloon support too but please let me know in case they answer to your question first! I will post here if I find something out myself too. Hopefully it’s something stupid and easy to fix.

Ask your dev team and they should be able to answer within a second! Don’t give me bullshit generic answers to use Loco or other plugins.

What is correct filename for them? ashe-pro-premium-fr_FR.po or maybe ashe-pro-fr_FR.po? or maybe some other combination?
What directory (folder) should it go?

I think my question wasn’t clear enough. I don’t need to translate any strings. I have everything translated already in poedit and have .po and .mo files ready to upload to the server. My question is what is the proper file name and directory to make sure it works?
