    Hey Tina,

    as far as I know, you don’t have to switch to the main theme when updating.

    I also use a child and never switched. The original Bard-Pro-Premium folder gets the update nethertheless; the child will not be affected in any way.

    weird .. indeed! ^^

    Even if I deactivate ALL plugins and switch to the ‘original’ Bard-Pro-theme (use actually a child-theme instead) the white bars are still there. So I’d assume that this is probably a WP- and/or PHP-version related issue. (still use WP 5.1.8 because atm. only PHP-version 5.4.45 is available .. unfortunately)

    Hello,

    I have the same issue, too.

    In Bard Pro 2.5.6 (and below) all works/worked fine but if I updated the theme to 2.5.7 (a few days ago) the white bars appeared. And they are still there after updating to 2.5.8.

    Have not changed any settings or anything else, just updated the theme files.
