Thanks so much for referring me to that blog post. So very informative!!
I decided to just focus on the featured images and not fret about how WordPress crops them. It also explains why there are two images of the same photo in my media library.
Kind Regards,
Jenny Bailey
So I’m not getting the support I need for my issues. The photos that I upload to the Media library are 1300×500 but when they are added to a blog post, the photo is smaller than the original size. If you click on the link below, it will take you to a blog post that came with the Demo Import from the Ashe Pro Theme.
How can I make my images the size of the photo of the woman by the ocean bigger?
I am so regretting my decision to buy this theme because the support is subpar.
Regards,
Jenny Bailey
Thanks for responding. I did so more research and discovered the WordPress Thumbnail Size for the Media Library is set to 150×150 and the ” Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions (normally thumbnails are proportional)” is checked. Should I change this to 1300×500 and uncheck the box? Kind Regards, Jenny Bailey
My question is about the Elements Page that was imported as Demo content. Is that a template to use for other pages I create within the theme?
BTW-I’m not very impressed with the support of the pro theme.
Here is the link to my website. Do I need the Post Elements Page? It was part of the Demo Import.
