Yeah, also not working on Firefox, Chrome… We wait since November 9th for the correct update. All the other themes got it, but not Ashe? I think, already now many start to change to a new theme and I don’t know if this will be of your sortiment. 😉 So I would suggest to speed it up before the people run away. 😉

Yes, same here. No changes. The featured images are still messed up. Also to install an older version of Ashe theme does not change it. It must also be an entry in the database. Maybe it is time to speak with the programmer. Haha.

But we have made a progress here: At first it was messed up with 9:16 featured images and now it is 1:1.

The goal to come closer to 16:9 is in sight.

This is not a problem of the backend. This is a problem of the theme. To suggest to give you an entry to the backend shows me that this is just an automatic answer. If you update a theme your programmer should test his updates before publishing it.

Yes, here the same. Many posts have wrong dimensions for the featured image on the single post pages since the new update now. This is not a problem of the backend. It is the problem since the new Ashe Pro theme update.
