Hello,

I just purchased the Pro version of Bard.
The payment was processed by paypal but I did not receive the e-mail with the license key and download instructions yet.

I checked the spam folder and tried to resend the mail several times. But I did not receive it.

But I got the second mail that refers to the mail with the license key.

I also cannot find anything under “My account”. It says “No order has been made yet.”

Please send me the purchased item.
