Hi, this error appeared and I can no longer enter my site.

And at the top says “Theme License is not active! Please Activate it now to get started or if you don’t have one – Buy it now”.

What is going on? Please help me

Sorry for the late reply we were on the Easter holidays.

The notices you mentioned in the most case appear when a user purchased a theme but have not activated the license key yet, please make sure that your purchased license key is already active on your website.
