Can’t update theme. Error:
Loading failed. cURL error 35: OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com:443</span>

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty updating your theme.
Based on the error message you provided, it appears that there may be an issue with the SSL certificate on the server hosting the theme update files. To resolve this issue, we recommend the following steps:
Try updating your theme at a different time or on a different internet connection, as the issue may be temporary or related to a specific network.
Check with your hosting provider or IT department to ensure that there are no firewall or network restrictions preventing the update from being installed.
Ensure that your website is running on the latest version of WordPress and that all plugins are up to date, as outdated software can sometimes cause compatibility issues with themes.
If the issue persists, In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
