Hey! I am trying to update my theme but I get this error message back whenever I try:

“An error occurred while updating Bard Pro: Download failed. Forbidden”

I am trying to update to the latest 2.6.1 version, currently have 2.6.

Hi, I have the same issue with the “Forbidden” error message. I have the latest WP version and since Bard Pro 2.6. my menu was wasted. So I hoped I can fix that with the upgrade to 2.6.1 but this won’t happen. Do you have any hints?

I am not so sure giving admin access to a party I don’t know well is a good idea..

We had this kind of issue and we fixed it, please try to update the theme after 48h and check the result, if the issue still be presented, please share your website access using this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
