Can you please describe the issue you have in more detail? Please share a direct link to the page where the issue appears and for more clarifications, please share screenshots of the issue.

Actually, it’s not possible to display the top bar menu as the container on the mobile screens, but you can enable merge options to display the top bar menu in the mobile menu, please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize >  Responsive and check the option ” Merge Top and Main Menus”
