The 3 featured images on my featured slider homepage are different sizes, i have tried the thumbnail rebuild but its still displaying in different sizes.

Can you help me fix this?

FOr some reasons rebuild does not affect on your media files, I will redirect this topic to the developers team and they will check for the issue, please don’t change login URL till our next response.
