I bought a second PRO license yesterday, since I want to move the shop form my main page (where I have used the pro theme for 3 years now with almost no issiues) to a subdomain and want both to look near identical.

    However

    1. on the subdomain the featured links on the homepage don’t work
    2. widgets don’t show up in the sidebar next to the shop (only the shop category one works)

    Hi Kaya,

At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

Please make sure to mark your reply as private to hide it from the public.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Kaya,

Thank you for sharing the details — we’ve checked your site and here’s what we found:

    1. Featured Slider & Featured Links

By default, both the *featured slider and featured links only appear on the blog page. To make them visible on any custom page (such as your homepage), please follow these steps:

Go to Dashboard → Pages → Edit Page (the one you want to display them on).

In the Page Options section, enable both Featured Slider and **Featured Links manually.

After saving changes, the sections should appear on your chosen page.

    2. Widgets Not Displaying

Some WooCommerce widgets, like Active Product Filters, will not appear unless there’s actual data to display.

    For example:

The Active Filters widget only shows up after a user has selected filters on the shop page.

If there are no products with active tags or categories, widgets related to those taxonomies will stay hidden.

This is expected WooCommerce behaviour rather than a theme issue.

Please try enabling the featured elements as above and double-check your widget settings. Once done, let me know if everything appears as expected or if you’d like me to guide you through fine-tuning any WooCommerce sidebars.

    Kind regards
