I upgraded from the free to the Pro version, but now the featured slider is no longer displaying. I have already selected the posts to be shown in the slider, but this made no difference. What could be causing this?

At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

By default featured slider and featured links appear on the blog page, to enable them on the custom pages, please navigate to Dashboard > Pages > Edit Page > Page Options and enable them for the particular page manually.

Please let me know the results after following my suggestions.

I got the same issue .

 

I followed the documentation online about the ashes pro feature. But the slider with the post is not working.

If I choose the “custom” option it’s ok .

I don’t know why

I just found that the featured image was not set.
