First of all I’m fairly new with this theme and WP.

So I need to set my Home Page as Static instead as “Last entries”, default option in WP\Settings\Reading.

I tried to recreate the them Home page from scratch using the tools inside WP, without success. I cannot get the same look.

Also when I create a New page there’s no predefined templates pages as many other themes had, like Home, Entry, blog, Feed, etc.. So I’m a bit confused about where I need to go.

Probably lack of skills of course.

As far as I know, the new home will be a mix of widgets and static parts, right?

If I need to buy the theme to achieve this it’s ok, that’s also the reason I’m posting this message, maybe the only way to do it is buying the theme 😉

At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

If you are going to use wordpress options and display on the home page static page you did it right, you need to navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Your homepage displays

If you want to build static pages with the templates and examples you can use Elementor page builder it’s very easy to use and have rich docs and instructions to use.

Yes that’s what I did, but in the settings, I created the 2 pages Homes and Posts, assigned in the settings, but there’s no recent posts appear on my home…

Besides how can I hide the title “Home” in my home page? I don’t want to show it because it’s redundant if your are already in Home. Although I don’t want to delete it because I need to you use for SEO purposes, Tilte-Slug-metaDescription etc…

Hi,

We checked your website and at this moment your set the options to show the blog posts on the home page, so it means that your home page is your blog page at the same time, here is the screenshot: https://nimb.ws/TeFmMx

If you want to separate the home and blog page you need to choose the option below: https://nimb.ws/0ruXLQ we temporarily changed the settings and all worked fine.

With the free version of the theme, you can have only 1 blog page, it’s only possible to display your created blog posts only on 1 page, to use blog posts on both the home and blog page you need to upgrade to pro.

Let me see if I understand…

First yes my actual page was set as Blog because if use the Static page option my Home page not work as intended.

Second, If I try to use Static page as a previous post I said, I set my Home page as “Home” and my blog (post) page as “Entradas”, but this setup didn’t work, when I go to my site, no Post are shown in my home.

You said you tried, in fact you let this option this way, but I go to my site and this is what I see…

No post no nothig… what you did to make it work?

 

Third you told me that in free version only 1 blog page is available, well I only need 1, in my home page. But I need Home page as static for SEO purposes.  So is that OK?

Fourth can you tell me how I can hide the title HOME in the home page?

Hi,

 

To be honest, I can’t understand what you mean by having blog posts on the home page but it should be static, it cant be done via theme or WordPress options in this case please try to find any other 3rd party related plugins.

And there is no title that appears when you are visiting the home page when it’s a blog page.

Ok I think I misplaced some knowledge about this option works… sorry my fault.

Now I managed to make with a widget, the HOME title issue exist, you can see in this screenshot:

How can I hide it? not delete it.
