Hello,

First of all, this is my website:

I haven’t published a page with the social media links in the footer yet as I can’t get them to add the link. When I go to Dashboard > Customise > Social Media, I can successfully select the Social Media icons I would like to display (and remove) but when I paste the URL to the appropriate social media page for some reason it doesn’t like it and the icon is removed.

I suspect that it’s something simple but I have tried a number of URL links without success.

Hi Matt,

 

All works fine, we just checked and all social icons in the footer section can be linked to any preferred website or custom link, we temporarily added our website link to all the socials, to change that, please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Social Media and in the URL field insert your preferred link.
