    I have them in them top navigation. (I also have them in the footer.) If I have my header link to the homepage, the social icons don’t work. If I don’t have it linked to the homepage, they do.

    How can I have the header link to the homepage and the social icons link to their stuff?

    Please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section add the following snippet:

    #top-bar {

z-index: 33434334 !important;

}
